Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used wipe canisters or packs cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email [email protected] or call 800-886-4926 to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping
